Lighting design for the luxury kitchen
Everything is here, not just the lighting. In this case, the lighting design had to ensure that the kitchen could function as a professional kitchen in a private setting without appearing cold. It had to be a place for working, but also for enjoying oneself.

Lights up and shines
The eye-catching Gold Moon lights by Catellani & Smith create atmosphere, but little light. Professional tasting, however, requires the right amount of glare-free, direct light sources. These have been discreetly integrated into the ceiling. The motorised Caveau light by Icone creates a sensation when desired. When its flaps open at the touch of a button, the room is bathed in bright light. The technical systems are from Moltoluce and Egoluce. The recessed spotlights in the exhaust air element were specially designed for this customer in AISI 316L stainless steel and coated in Black INOX by Niederbacher (who also supplied the kitchen) for this kitchen.
Platinlux developed a well-thought-out lighting plan for this project, working closely with the various trades, and supervised the entire construction process. We handled the delivery and installation ourselves, in collaboration with K-Tec from Lana, who brought the home automation system up to speed and integrated our lighting concept perfectly through close cooperation.
